Lorraine Churchill

Lorraine has decades of service working with government, military, non-profit, private and public sectors.

Lorraine is EPiCC’s Associate in the United States and has decades of service working with government, military, non-profit, private and public sectors as an Emergency Management [EM] practitioner in domestic [US] and international environments. 

She is a certified trainer and instructor across a broad spectrum of essential EM and community resilience functions. She is a veteran Planning Section Chief, National Incident Management System All-Hazards Incident Command System [ICS] Instructor, a Master Public Information Officer, a Critical Infrastructure Planner and serves Continuity, Training, Exercise and Education Outreach as part of her passion for all things EM. 

Internationally Lorraine led a multi-national team serving the crisis communication and incident management system needs of Australia’s 2014 G20 Brisbane Summit.  Her team also delivered New Zealand’s largest exporter their global Crisis Continuity system, and supported Mass Sheltering protocols for New Zealand’s largest city, Auckland. 

She is an Advisory Board member to Washington’s Homeland Security Emergency Management Center of Excellence and Australasia’s Emergency Media & Public Affairs [EMPA] Board, a valued partner of EPiCC.
