On Message on Camera (TC2)

This one-day course aims to equip participants with practical tips and advice on how to handle broadcast media interviews during an emergency, crises or critical incident .

Who should attend?

Staff who could find themselves in front of a camera having to give their organisation’s response to an emergency, crisis or critical incident; communication staff who may have to arrange and facilitate media interviews.

About the course

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Engage with the media effectively using various techniques
  • Develop key messages for maximum impact
  • Deal with difficult issues and questions
  • Draw on their own experience from having participated in practical broadcast interviews
  • Give a solid performance on camera

Additional benefits
